Who We Are

This tool is operated by Rakidzich / Cracking Superhost ("we", "us", "our") as an internal article transformation engine. It converts spoken-word transcripts into publish-ready articles.

What We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate this tool:

  • Authentication credentials -- your username and password are verified on each request. We do not store passwords; they are checked in-memory against environment variables.
  • Session tokens -- a random token is generated when you log in and held in server memory only. It is not written to disk and is lost when the server restarts.
  • Article content -- any text you paste or YouTube URLs you submit are processed in-memory during your session. We do not persist your article content after the server process ends.

Third-Party Services

Your article content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI-assisted processing (structuring, evaluation, and prose polishing). Anthropic's own privacy policy and data handling practices apply to that processing. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

If you provide a YouTube URL, transcript data is fetched from YouTube's public API. Google's privacy policy applies to that interaction.

What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting.
  • We do not set advertising or third-party cookies.
  • We do not share your data with any party other than Anthropic (for article processing) and YouTube (for transcript fetching).
  • We do not retain server logs containing your content.

Data Storage and Retention

All data (session tokens, job state, article content) is held in server memory only. When the server restarts, all data is cleared. There is no database, no file-system persistence of your content, and no backup mechanism.

Your Rights

Because we do not persist your personal data beyond the active server session, there is no stored data to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about data processed by Anthropic's API, please contact Anthropic directly.

Jurisdiction

This tool is operated from the United States. By using it, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in the United States.

Contact

For privacy questions, contact your administrator or reach out via the Cracking Superhost team.

Changes

We may update this policy as the tool evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
